By accessing this website or engaging HGF Inspection Services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Inspection services are performed on a sampling basis in line with the standard agreed at the time of booking. Reports reflect conditions observed at the time and location of inspection only.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate product specifications and order details
• Ensuring factory access and readiness on the scheduled date
• Reviewing and acting on inspection reports promptly

4. Limitation of Liability

HGF Inspection Services provides findings based on the agreed sampling level and is not liable for defects outside the inspected sample or scope.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are payable as agreed in the service quotation prior to or upon completion of inspection, unless otherwise contracted.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where HGF Inspection Services is registered.
